Terms of Service

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the activity of people you invite into your workspace. Tell us right away if you think an account has been compromised. One person, one login — do not share credentials.

Avenlyr is currently available through a free, invite-only private beta. There is no subscription, no card requirement and no charge of any kind, and beta workspaces do not expire or lock. Paid plans and pricing will be announced later; we will tell beta workspaces before anything changes and will not begin charging an account without its agreement.

Avenlyr analyzes data you connect or upload and presents metrics, forecasts, alerts and suggested actions. Some parts of the product are labelled Demo, Planned or Coming soon. Those labels are accurate: features marked that way are not live yet and should not be relied on. We may change or discontinue features, and we will give notice of significant removals.

Avenlyr is software, not an accountant, auditor, lender or adviser. Forecasts and dollar figures are estimates based on the data available and can be wrong. Do not use them as your only basis for accounting, tax, financing, employment or investment decisions. Always have a qualified professional review material decisions.

You own the hotel data you upload or connect. You give us permission to process it to run the service for you. You confirm you have the right to share that data with us, including any data that relates to guests or employees. We may use anonymized, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you or your properties to improve the product.

• Do not attempt to access another customer's workspace or data.
• Do not probe, scan or overload our systems, or bypass usage limits.
• Do not upload malware or content you have no right to share.
• Do not resell or white-label Avenlyr without a written agreement.

We can suspend accounts that break these rules or put other customers at risk.

If you connect an outside system such as a property management or accounting platform, that provider's own terms also apply. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or changes to their interfaces.

We work to keep Avenlyr available but do not promise uninterrupted service unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. To the extent the law allows, Avenlyr is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can cancel from your account settings or by emailing hello@avenlyr.com. You can request an export of your data before or shortly after cancelling.

If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will update the date above and email account owners.
